Planting is giving life: reforestation with 1,500 young trees in Atsahadinta

Reforestation in Antsahadinta

On Friday, January 24, 2026 , the SAVE (Sustainable Action for a Vital Environment) association carried out a major reforestation action in Atsahadinta , reaffirming its commitment to environmental protection and ecosystem restoration.

This activity took place under the supervision of the Ministry of the Environment and Sustainable Development and was coordinated by Move Up Madagascar , with the active participation of several partner and allied organizations. This collective mobilization illustrated the importance of collaboration among stakeholders committed to preserving our environment.

In total, 1,500 saplings were planted during the day. These plants will be regularly monitored to ensure their growth and guarantee the sustainability of the initiative.
